Hi, I'm Alex Holland ADCH, MNSPsy and I offer professional hypnotherapy for anxiety, stress, habits, confidence, and behavioural change.

These patterns often develop over time and can continue shaping your responses long after the original trigger has passed. In our sessions, we work together to gently update those patterns.
Hypnotherapy helps your nervous system feel safe enough to change, allowing new responses to feel natural and sustainable. Each session is personalised to your goals. You remain fully aware and in control throughout.
My role is to provide structured, evidence-informed hypnotherapy in a calm and supportive environment. Clients often seek my support for:
