  • You are not driving or operating any machinery
  • You have set an alarm for the time you have allowed for this practice
  • You are lying down comfortably on a soft surface
  • You have nothing crossed — this helps protect your veins and arteries

Phase One

Your Transformation Process Recording

Please use the recording below to listen to the first phase of your Transformation Process.

Please do not focus on accuracy or worry about getting this right. Accept your environment — all of the distractions around you are simply part of the world you are learning to relax within.

If you wait until you have thirty uninterrupted minutes, it is unlikely to ever happen. Practise where you are, as you are.

Between Sessions

Making the Most of Your Practice

At our next appointment we will develop this a little further. In time, you will be able to reach a state of calm at will — but it takes a little practice to get there.

Please remember this is a journey. The destination is learning to feel calm and relaxed about your life, your discomfort, and yourself — managing your mind and body, rather than them managing you.

You are NOT trying to get this right. Perfection creates stress. Your practice simply needs to be good enough to help you relax — and it will be.

Please do not expect the world to be quiet while you practise. Your world is not quiet — it never will be. You are learning to find stillness within it, and you will.

Receiving these support materials and practising regularly will help you manage your mind and body better, gradually and gently.

If you have any concerns at any point, please do not wait until your next appointment — reach out to us. We both want you to feel more in control, and you will.


Mental Rehearsal

Imagine Yourself There

While you practise, it is helpful to imagine yourself already having gained what you want from our sessions together. This kind of mental rehearsal helps your mind begin building new neural pathways toward a calmer, more confident you.

Notice what comes to you. Allow yourself to explore:

How do you look?
What are others noticing about you?
How are you thinking?
What are you doing differently?

Please make a note of the positive changes you experience and wish to repeat — we can amplify these together at your next session.
