A calmer mind…
A rested body…
Gentle hypnotherapy to help you feel like yourself again

Helping you Feel Calmer, Sleep Better, and Break Free from Stress
Alex Holland, ADCH MNSPsy – Clinical Hypnotherapist
There are times in life when everything looks fine on the outside, yet inside your mind just won’t slow down. Thoughts loop over and over, sleep feels broken, and a quiet dread vibrates in the background, all while you’re constantly “holding it together” for everyone else.
That’s often when people find their way to me.
I work with clients who feel overwhelmed, exhausted, anxious, or disconnected from themselves – people who have tried to think their way out of how they feel, only to realise the problem isn’t logic…It’s the nervous system being stuck in overdrive.
Why I Do This Work
Like many of my clients, I’ve experienced periods of overwhelm, stress, grief and uncertainty – times when life felt heavy and my direction felt unclear.
Discovering hypnotherapy showed me how powerful real nervous system regulation can be when it’s done properly.
That experience shaped how I work today: with empathy, realism and a deep respect for how hard people try before they ever ask for help.
What I Can Help With
- Anxiety and chronic stress
- Sleep problems and racing thoughts
- Low confidence and self-worth
- Emotional overwhelm & burnout
- Unhelpful habits & patterns
- Performance anxiety & life transitions
There is a specific kind of relief that happens when the tension finally lets go. You start to feel lighter, clearer, and more like yourself, simply because you’ve finally had the space to exhale.
What It’s Like to Work With Me
I do hypnotherapy online, this allows the client to be in the comfort of their own home, it cuts down on travel and time and people have been surprised at how quickly they relax.
Sessions with me are calm, supportive and practical.
You’ll always remain aware and in control, and everything we do is explained clearly so that you feel comfortable and confident throughout.
My role is to guide – it’s your mind that does the work.
If you’re feeling stuck, tired of coping, or simply ready for things to feel easier, online hypnotherapy can help you reconnect with a sense of calm and inner steadiness again.
If you’re curious, unsure, or just want to talk things through, you can message me on WhatsApp.
We can have a relaxed chat and see whether working together feels like a good fit.

testimonials
Ana (Focus: Professional Stress & Self-Criticism)
“I have been feeling much less anxious ahead of my clinical work on a professional level, and I honestly think our sessions together have played a big part in this. I’m really noticing those self-critical thoughts aren’t present at all! It’s quite amazing how it all works… I felt listened to, and you put me
completely at ease throughout all our sessions. You are truly wonderful at what you do…”Rachel (Focus: Anxiety & Health Goals)
“I initially started seeing Alex for significant dental anxiety and needed calming and relaxation techniques to get me through.
The hypnosis sessions were incredibly effective… Beyond that, I lost 2 stone in weight and reduced my blood sugar by 5 points.
I loved working with Alex! The sessions were very calming and
good for my whole well-being.”David (Focus: Insomnia & Restorative Sleep)
“Before seeing Alex, I was completely exhausted. I would wake up at 3 AM every night, unable to quiet my mind… The hypnotherapy was a turning point. It wasn’t about tricks; it was about truly teaching my mind how to relax.
Now, I sleep through the night, and my mornings are peaceful and calm. If you are struggling with sleeplessness, this is the investment in
your well-being that truly works.”James (Focus: Sleep)
I came to Alex because my anxiety was running my life. I woke up tense, overthought everything, and couldn’t switch off at night. After just a few sessions, the constant knot in my stomach eased and I started sleeping properly again. I feel much calmer, clearer, and far more in control of my reactions.
It’s the first time in years I’ve felt like myself.
